Sales Expert – Employer Engagement (Career Consulting Firm - Germany) / remote position- German Language Skills Mandatory

As a Sales Expert specializing in Employer Engagement at our career consulting company, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing relationships with potential employers and headhunters to facilitate successful placements for our candidates. This dynamic position involves setting up sales material from scratch, identifying diverse channels and target customer groups, and maintaining detailed records of interactions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Material Development:
    • Create compelling sales materials and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our career consulting services to potential employers.
    • Tailor communication materials to address the specific needs and requirements of different industry sectors.
  2. Channel Identification and Targeting:
    • Identify and assess various channels for reaching potential employers and headhunters.
    • Develop strategies to effectively target and engage with specific customer groups within these channels.
    • Utilize market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  3. Networking and Relationship Building:
    • Proactively build and manage relationships with key decision-makers, hiring managers, and HR professionals in target organizations.
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand our reach and establish a strong presence in the job market.
  4. Employer Engagement:
    • Initiate and lead discussions with potential employers to understand their talent needs and promote our candidate pool.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique requirements of each employer.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to successful placement.
  5. Record Keeping and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with employers, including meetings, negotiations, and agreements.
    • Generate regular reports on sales activities, progress, and key performance indicators for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Knowing the German Empoloyer market
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in a B2B context.
  • Familiarity with the recruitment and career consulting industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowing the German Employer market
  • Speaking German would be a benefit
