PATRONSHIP PROGRAM
We build the future together
We offer companies the Patronship program for experienced (3–10 years) software engineers who have the dream to migrate from non-EU countries to Germany and other European countries and usually with a large currency difference – although they earn well locally. The goal is a win–win for the talent and the company.
How does the patronship program work?:
- The software engineers come from countries with large currency differences. As an employer you pay local salary in the country of origin + a program fee to Talents2Germany.
- For €1,200 to €2,500 p.m. you will receive a full-time, remote employee. At the same time, the candidates go through the preparation program: they learn German, receive technical and integration training, visas, relocation: 9-month journey.
- At the end of the 9 months, you as the employer can decide to take on the software engineer physically in Germany or write a reference that will help the candidate to develop further on the international stage.

Advantages for the employer.
- Experienced software engineers with at least 3 years of professional experience from countries with large currency differences.
- For a trainee salary, you can train and develop a talent for your team in Germany (approx. €1,200 to €2,500 per month)
- You can be sure that the engineer will fit into the team
- Training to international standards and adaptation to your in-house technologies and working methods
- You receive talents that you typically do not reach
- You have lower training & onboarding costs because the onboarding has already taken place in the country of origin
- This gives both sides greater certainty that the candidate will pass the probationary period, as both sides already know each other well

Participants in our program are highly qualified and motivated to work in Europe under the EU Blue Card scheme. In their home countries, they typically belong to the top 5% of tech talent.
During the program, these experienced developers are available to work full-time at a monthly rate of approximately €1,300 to €2,500. While actively contributing to your team, they are also being prepared for long-term integration into the German or European tech job market, not just through training, but by immersing in real work culture, expectations, and communication.
