Internship Recruiter (Career Consulting Firm - Germany) / remote position

As a Recruiter Intern, you will play a pivotal role in guiding individuals through their job search journey, offering mentorship, training, and support to ensure their successful application for job opportunities. Your primary focus will involve assisting candidates with application preparation, conducting mock interviews, and providing ongoing support and mentorship.
Responsibilities:
Candidate Support and Coaching:
- Guide candidates in understanding current job market trends, refining their resumes, and customizing cover letters to enhance their application quality.
- Offer comprehensive guidance and coaching on interview preparation techniques, including conducting mock interviews and delivering constructive feedback.
- Mentor candidates to develop and refine their professional skills, encompassing communication, networking, and personal branding.
- Conduct individual or group training sessions to equip candidates with effective job search strategies, utilizing online platforms and professional networking
Application Assistance:
- Assist candidates in identifying suitable job opportunities aligned with their skills, experience, and career goals.
- Support candidates in tailoring their resumes and cover letters to meet specific job requirements and effectively showcase their qualifications.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on candidate applications, ensuring clarity, relevance, and professionalism.
- Provide guidance to candidates on utilizing online application portals and navigating applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Networking and Employer Engagement:
- Foster relationships with potential employers, HR professionals, and industry contacts to broaden job prospects for candidates.
- Represent the firm at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to promote services and establish connections.
- Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs, job criteria, and organizational culture to better support candidates.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain meticulous records of candidate interactions, encompassing application progress, coaching sessions, and outcomes.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations in managing candidate information.
- Generate regular reports on candidate progress, job placements, and training activities to monitor performance and evaluate the impact of recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
