Position Overview:

As a Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in assisting software developers in their journey to migrate to Germany. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to review programs, conduct technical assessments, and provide support throughout the migration process.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct program reviews to evaluate the eligibility of software developers for migration to Germany.
  • Assist in technical assessments of candidates to determine their proficiency and suitability for roles in the German market.
  • Communicate effectively with software developers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the migration process.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and follow up on inquiries from prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the migration process.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and initiatives to attract software developers to our services.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to sales and migration services.
Requirements:
  • Background preferably in a Bachelor’s or master’s program, in IT, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Basic understanding of software development concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English Language.
  • Passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their professional lives.
