Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Experienced Professional to join our team and play a key role in driving our business growth. You will work directly with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and contribute to the ongoing success of our mission. This position requires a proven track record in sales, with a focus on building relationships and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with talented software engineers looking for opportunities in Germany.
  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and provide them with personalized support throughout the process.
  • Manage the full sales process, from initial contact to helping clients secure the right opportunities.
  • Work closely with our sales team to improve how we connect with and support our clients.
  • Use CRM tools to keep track of your client interactions and progress.
  • Stay informed about industry trends so you can offer the best advice and service to our clients.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, especially in tech or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and hit targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools to manage client relationships and sales activities.
  • Fluent in English (German is a bonus, but not required).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
