| Location | Fully remote — Germany |
| Type | Part-time · 20 h/week — with potential to grow long-term |
| Employer | Talents2Germany |
Talents2Germany supports highly skilled international professionals in finding employment in Germany. As our team grows, we are looking for a Placement Team Lead to coordinate our recruiters and make sure every candidate gets the support they need — from first contact to signed contract.
Team leadership & coordination
- Lead and coordinate a team of recruiters, ensuring everyone knows their responsibilities and candidates are well looked after.
- Set clear priorities, distribute assignments across the team, and follow up on progress.
- Hold regular (virtual) check-ins with team members to keep momentum and resolve any blockers quickly.
- Be the go-to person for the team when questions or challenges arise.
Candidate assignment & application tracking
- Assign incoming candidates to the right recruiter based on their profile and needs.
- Keep an overview of where each candidate stands in the application process and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Step in to support candidates directly when needed — reviewing application documents or offering brief guidance on next steps.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date records of candidate status and application progress.
Candidate support
- Ensure candidates receive timely coaching on resume writing, cover letters, and interview preparation — either directly or by coordinating with team members.
- Help candidates navigate the German job market by connecting them with the right resources and support within the team.
What we’re looking for
- Some experience in recruitment, HR, career counseling, or a coordination role — familiarity with the German job market is a plus but not required.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple candidates and tasks on track simultaneously.
- A calm, reliable communicator who can support both a team and individual candidates with patience and clarity.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
- Fluency in English required; German language skills are a bonus.
What we offer
- A fully flexible, remote part-time position (20 h/week) you can fit around your schedule — with the potential to grow long-term.
- A meaningful role where your coordination directly changes the lives of skilled international professionals.
- A warm, international team united by a shared mission.
