Position Overview:
Talents2Germany is looking for a creative and skilled Experienced Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will lead the creation of visually engaging designs that define our brand and connect with our clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from digital campaigns to marketing materials, all aimed at strengthening our brand and driving engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-quality designs for digital platforms, including social media, the company website, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create innovative concepts that represent our brand and appeal to our target audience.
- Design graphics, presentations, and visual content for marketing campaigns that attract and engage potential clients.
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual content, maintaining a high standard of design across digital platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning content.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team to deliver top-quality designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a focus on creativity and innovation.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus, but not required.
