Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Experienced Trainer to join our team and lead the training of software developers during the migration preparation journey. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in training and facilitation, eager to help people to migrate to Germany and grow their professional profiles from local to internationally competitive. Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive training materials and curriculum for our migration preparation journey.
• Take the lead to constantly improve and develop the learning journey to an outstanding, competitive value-offering!
• The contents are already available as eLearnings. But many people don’t either watch or don’t practically implement the learnings. We need you to create learning-transfer.

• Provide support to candidates throughout the learning process, addressing questions and clarifying concepts as needed.
• Create outstanding, highly professional training material
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our training programs based on feedback and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree teaching, psychology, economics – or any field that supports you in having the technical foundation, how excellent training & facilitation programs are built.
• Proven experience in conducting training sessions and educational programs.
• Excellent document development skills, especially high-quality visualizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
• Ability to work independently and take charge of your own work. Work in a team with members from all across the globe.
