Project-Based Flutter Developer
Position: Flutter Developer (Full-Cycle, Project-Based)
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months (with potential extension for maintenance and further development)
Language: English
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end mobile app development using Flutter (from coding to deployment).
- Implement core features:
- Mood tracking, journaling, and self-reflection tools
- Gamification elements (progress, challenges, rewards)
- Audio/video call integration
- User authentication and secure data handling
- Handle backend integration and APIs.
- Deploy and maintain the application on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Manage cloud hosting, storage, and services (AWS or equivalent).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Provide bug fixing, updates, and ongoing maintenance if the project extends.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart for cross-platform apps.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (or other cloud platforms) for deployment, CI/CD, and scalability.
- Proficiency in end-to-end app lifecycle: development, testing, publishing, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of state management, API integration, and mobile security best practices.
- Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines.
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI or chatbot integrations.
- Familiarity with gamification and wellness/healthcare apps.
- Skills in backend or full-stack development (Node.js, Python, etc.).
About the Project
We are building an innovative mobile application designed to improve digital self-care and emotional well-being. The app will combine interactive features, gamification, journaling, and secure communication to provide users with a personalized experience.
