We find software developers, engineers (electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, project managers, technical specialists and many more) with at least 3 years of professional experience for your team. Our sourcing covers the whole of Asia, Africa, South America, the Balkans and Eastern Europe.
Training & Preparation
Our candidates typically go through a 9-month preparation journey in which they learn German, undergo technical upskilling and acquire productivity & collaboration methods that you as an employer will appreciate.
During this phase, they not only learn German, but also complete internal training courses as well as customized training courses according to your requirements. This training concludes with an examination to ensure that only the most qualified people are successfully accepted into the induction process.
Save costs during onboarding
As our candidates go through a training journey anyway, you can integrate internal company technologies, special features and requirements into this. This means that you have already implemented part of the onboarding effort before you pay the candidates German salaries.
We will be happy to advise you on the design and integration of the training journey.
Reduce risks
Organize a final exam and be sure to physically bring exactly those candidates to Germany who have already proven themselves. Test candidates with remote collaboration, bootcamps and test projects before the candidates physically migrate. This gives both sides greater certainty that the candidate will easily pass the trial period before the physical migration step.
