The Mission

We are seeking a skilled and product-focused React Native Developer to lead the development and maintenance of our high-performance mobile applications on both iOS and Android. You will be responsible for translating our UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, highly responsive interfaces while ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of the native application layer.

Responsibilities:

• Cross-Platform Development: Develop, build, and deploy new features across both iOS and Android platforms using a unified React Native codebase.
• Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize mobile app performance, focusing on fast load times, smooth scrolling, and efficient battery usage.
• Native Module Integration: When necessary, collaborate with back-end and platform teams to bridge existing native code or integrate third-party native modules.
• Testing & Quality: Implement and maintain robust unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality and prevent regression.
• State Management: Design and implement efficient and scalable state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand) for complex mobile application logic.
• CI/CD & Deployment: Manage the mobile continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and app store submission processes (App Store Connect, Google Play Console).
• Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to deliver high-quality, end-to-end user experiences.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated experience building, shipping, and maintaining production applications using React Native.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern React functional components and hooks.
• Strong command of mobile performance concepts, debugging, and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox, or Cypress).
• Deep understanding of native build processes and environment setup for both iOS (Xcode) and Android (Android Studio).
• Proven ability to work with and consume RESTful APIs effectively.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating complex UI implementation and mobile design principles.
