Low-Code Developer – PowerApps + Dataverse

About Employer:

We are seeking a process-driven Low-Code Developer to rapidly build and deploy internal business applications. The ideal candidate will be an expert in designing Canvas and Model-driven applications using PowerApps, with deep proficiency in leveraging Dataverse as the secure, scalable data backbone. This role is critical for transforming manual processes into digital apps, accelerating internal operations, and enabling citizen developers. You will be a vital part of our mission to deliver groundbreaking projects and solutions, contributing directly to a team that values precision, security, and ingenuity.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom line-of-business applications using PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
• Model and manage the underlying data structure, security roles, and business logic within Dataverse (formerly CDS).
• Implement complex logic and calculations using Power Fx expressions.
• Integrate PowerApps with Power Automate flows and external data sources (e.g., SharePoint, SQL).
• Ensure application security, governance, and compliance within the Power Platform.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expert proficiency in designing and deploying custom applications using PowerApps.
• Deep, practical experience modeling data, defining schemas, and implementing business logic within Dataverse.
• Strong knowledge of Power Fx and data source connectivity within the platform.
• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Basic knowledge of the German language (A2 level or higher) is mandatory.
• The willingness to relocate to Germany within 180 days.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification.
• Experience developing custom components (PCFs) or connectors.
• Knowledge of Azure functions for custom integration.
