Your Mission:
We are looking for a visionary Fullstack Tech Lead to own the technical roadmap and architectural integrity across our entire stack (Front-end, Back-end, and AI). You will be a hands-on builder, a mentor, and a strategist, responsible for defining best practices, ensuring scalability, and driving the end-to-end delivery of major features.
Responsibilities:
- Cross-Stack Contribution: Contribute hands-on across the entire stack: .NET architectural Ownership: Define architectural patterns and ensure technical consistency and scalability across all services.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a small, globally distributed engineering team (Front-end and Back-end developers).
- DevOps and Observability: Define, set up, and maintain robust DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, comprehensive monitoring, and logging).
- Feature Delivery: Spearhead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional features (e.g., interactive dashboards, AI-powered video summaries).
- Code Quality: Review Pull Requests (PRs), define coding standards, and champion quality assurance across the team.
- Prototyping: Actively prototype advanced AI features using frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph.
- FastAPI back-ends, React/TypeScript front-end, and Azure infrastructure.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong, proven expertise in back-end development (.NET Core and/or Python FastAPI).
- Demonstrable experience designing and scaling SaaS architecture.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, monitoring, Azure).
- Experience with front-end development is required (ideally React/TypeScript).
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to guide technical decisions, mentor peers, and unify team efforts.
