Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Understanding of user-centered design principles

- Knowledge of design for multilingual/global platforms
2. AI Expert
Responsibilities:
- Work on LLM training and fine-tuning
- Participate in brainstorming and strategic development sessions
- Define workflows for “human-in-the-loop” processes
- Ensure data quality and compliance standards
Requirements:
- Proven track record in AI/ML (beyond academic training)
- Strong knowledge of model training, MCP protocols, or NLP/Computer Vision
- Ability to lead or mentor a team
Nice to have:
- Research publications or industry recognition
- Experience with medical or legal AI use cases
3. Domain Specialists
Responsibilities:
- Provide domain expertise (medical, legal, HR, or other industries)
- Validate data and outputs from AI systems
- Support decision-making and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
- Relevant academic or professional background (e.g., law, medicine, HR)
- Practical work experience in the domain (advanced students may also qualify)
Nice to have:
- Interdisciplinary knowledge (e.g., medical + data science)
- Previous experience with AI annotation or validation projects
4. Data Workers
Responsibilities:
- Perform data labeling, categorization, and annotation tasks
- Follow quality guidelines and annotation protocols
- Support domain specialists by preparing structured datasets
Requirements:
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
- Availability to complete assigned tasks on time
Nice to have:
- Prior experience with annotation tools (e.g., Labelbox, CVAT)
- Knowledge of English or German
- Exposure to projects in healthcare, legal, or HR
