Your Mission:
We seek a highly motivated Back-end Developer with a solid foundation in .NET who is eager to expand their skills into Python and AI. You will be critical in shaping our core architecture, optimizing service performance, designing new APIs, and integrating cutting-edge AI features into our platform.
Responsibilities:
- Architectural Excellence: Drive architectural enhancements and elevate code quality across our .NET Core back-end and high-performance Python FastAPI AI service.
- Data Engineering: Engineer robust data ingestion pipelines for our Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) chatbot, capable of processing multi-modal data (text, images, video).
- Data Persistence: Extend and maintain data models using Entity Framework Core and PostgreSQL, managing database migrations and performance tuning.
- Operational Maturity: Implement and maintain a solid testing framework and enhance monitoring and logging for comprehensive system observability.
- AI Feature Development: Directly contribute to innovative AI-powered features, including video dubbing with AI voice-over and advanced document translation/export templates (Word, PDF, PowerPoint).
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong professional experience with .NET Core, EF Core, and designing high-performing REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of relational database design and management.
- Familiarity with Python FastAPI or a demonstrable strong willingness to quickly learn and adopt Python for AI services.
- Comfortable working with Azure services (e.g., Blob Storage, AI Search, CosmosDB).
- Commitment to good engineering practices (repository pattern, testing, CI/CD awareness).
