Full-Stack Developer – Ruby on Rails + StimulusJS

About Employer:

We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails. You will be responsible for designing and implementing applications across the entire stack, from the back-end to the front-end user experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about the Rails philosophy and is eager to build clean, efficient, and highly functional web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Build dynamic and interactive front-end components using StimulusJS.
• Manage data models, write migrations, and create robust back-end logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and requirements.
• Write clean, well-tested code and contribute to code reviews.
• Ensure the web application is secure, performant, and scalable.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
• Expertise in Ruby on Rails.
• Strong proficiency with StimulusJS or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid understanding of relational databases.
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of Hotwire (Turbo, Stimulus).
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku).
• Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development).
